Standards & Policies
Admissions
Admission is by reviewed application, not standardized examination. Reviewers assess statements of intent, relevant experience, and fit for a specific Warrant track. Decisions are communicated within five business days and may include a request for a short interview.
Academic integrity
Assignments and field deliverables must represent the candidate's own work. Use of AI tools is permitted for drafting and research but the candidate remains fully accountable for correctness, judgement, and originality of the delivered work — the same standard applied to any professional using modern tools on the job.
Field deployment supervision
Every deployment has a named host supervisor responsible for verifying milestones and signing off on completion. Supervisors submit written notes on delivered value; disputes over milestone verification are escalated to the Standards Council.
Warrant revocation
A Warrant may be revoked if it is later established that the underlying work was misrepresented, plagiarized, or fabricated. Revocation is recorded permanently in the public verification registry along with the reason.
Grievance & appeals
Candidates may appeal a grade, milestone verification, or admissions decision in writing to the Standards Council within thirty days. The Council's decision on appeal is final.
Privacy
Personal data collected during admissions, coursework, and field deployment is used solely to operate the platform and verify Warrants. It is never sold. Public verification records disclose only the recipient's name, Warrant title, and issue date.
