AMGLO DU
About American Global Digital University

Founded on the bet that verified work beats verified attendance

American Global Digital University was founded in 2025 by a small group of engineers, faculty, and hiring managers who had all reached the same conclusion independently: the credential system built for the twentieth century couldn't tell them what they actually needed to know about a candidate anymore. So they signed the Industry Accord and built a Global Value Accelerator instead.

What we are

American Global Digital University is the institution that issues Impact Credentials instead of degrees. An ImCred is a record of verified field work — reviewed and signed off by the Accord organisation that received it — mapped against a published threshold for what that tier of capability requires. There is no seat time. There is no GPA. There is a ledger, and it is public.

What we are not

We are not accredited, and we are not seeking accreditation. Accreditation measures resemblance to an existing curriculum. It has no mechanism for measuring whether a graduate can do the work. We built the Impact Ledger instead — a standard the Industry Accord signs, not a committee the Industry Accord tolerates.

How it works

Two things happen at once

Cognitive Symbiote, online

Modules, kinetic drills, and verification checks taught by practitioners and an AI tutor, available anywhere with a connection.

Field deployment, in the world

Paid placement inside an Industry Accord organisation, delivering something that organisation actually needs, under a named supervisor who verifies the work.
