AmGloDU · Founded 2025

The degree is dead.
Prove what you can do.

AmGloDU doesn't seek accreditation, and doesn't award degrees. We issue Warrants — earned through real work on real deployments, verified by the organisations that received it, and recognised by the employers who committed to hiring for it before you ever applied.

Why we exist

Accreditation was never the proof. It just used to be the only thing employers could check.

A credential that mimicked other credentials was a reasonable proxy when nobody could verify actual work at scale. AI ended that trade-off — recall and pattern-matching are now commodities. What remains scarce is judgement proven on something real.

No accreditation

We publish our own standard and hold ourselves to it in public. No accrediting body decides whether our Warrants mean anything — the market does.

Real deployments, not simulations

Every Warrant track includes paid field placements inside partner organisations: real projects, real deadlines, real money on the line.

Recognition, not a ranking

Employers in our Recognition Network commit in writing to recognising AmGloDU Warrants in hiring — before you ever apply.

The ladder

Four Warrants. No degrees.

Each tier maps to a legacy credential so employers can translate it — but the Warrant is earned by delivered work, not seat time.

Tier 0

Field Warrant

No legacy equivalent — narrower and faster than a certificate

One capability, proven once on a real engagement.

4–8 months · 240 field hours

Tier I

Practitioner Warrant

Maps to a Bachelor's degree

You can do the work to a professional standard, on a real project, with a named supervisor prepared to say so.

24 months · 1,600 field hours

Tier II

Architect Warrant

Maps to a Master's degree

You can own a system end to end — scope it, build it, defend the trade-offs, and lead the people delivering it.

18 months · 1,200 field hours

Tier III

Principal Warrant

Maps to a Doctorate

You have moved the frontier — produced a method, system, or result that did not exist, which others now use.

30 months · 2,400 field hours
